It's officially May, get excited people. Besides my anticipation of summer being right around the corner it's that time of year where we look for ways to stay cool and enjoy the people that make us happy. My idea of a celebration includes friends, food and refreshing drinks at Chili's. Where else can you have lunch on a Saturday afternoon with the best appetizers and the new CoronaRita? Haven't you heard this is the drink of summer? If you love a Margarita as much as I do, you will put this on your "to try list". The new CoronaRita Margarita is delectable cocktail made with Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila and a Coronita to top it off. Can I just say this drink will make your mouth water with excitement. It is the perfect Cinco de Mayo cocktail. Hint, hint...
While your thinking about your next outing to try the New CoronaRita. How about the rest of the menu. I am a sucker for appetizers. I have tried them all at Chili's and without fail have a huge thing for the Southwestern Eggrolls. They are the most amazing appetizer on the planet. Filled with all kinds of yummy goodness, like corn, black beans and chicken wrapped in a tortilla and fried up like an eggroll. I love to get them as my meal every now and then. And with a CoronaRita this is a match made in Chili's heaven. If I came for the food and to share the appetizer I like to dig in to the Cajun Chicken Pasta or split the Shiner Bock Ribs with the hubby. We have a thing for amazing ribs too, and have not found many others that come close to a Chili's rib.
CoronaRita at Chili's
Are you as thrilled to put Chili's on your radar next time you are looking for somewhere fun to celebrate something special? I'm already thinking about after graduation fun, weekend dinners, my mother in laws birthday in a few weeks and I'm sure I can conjure up a few other reasons to hit up our neighborhood Chili's.
Which Chili’s item is your favorite? And please tell me you as excited to get your hands on a CoronaRita, like I am?
