Crafts: Halloween Tutu Wreath

I had this in my favorites since last year when my gate was already decorated for Halloween.  I will be working on this wreath sometime this week in preparation for my October 1st decorating bonanza :) I LOVE  Designs by Vanessa's addition to the wreath although she did get the tutorial from Baby Rabies.
